How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Typically, we ship your order within two business days from when your order is placed. During peak seasons (holidays, promotional periods, etc.), please allow an additional two days.

All orders are shipped from Traverse City, MI. Depending on your desired shipping method and destination location, delivery takes:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
2nd Business Day Shipping: 2 business days
Next Business Day Shipping: 1 business day

  • ALASKA (AK) and HAWAII (HI) destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service.
  • Delivery times are transit time only. Although most orders are shipped the following day, allow up to 48 hours for order processing.
  • An order must be received by 9:00am EST to begin processing the same day for 2nd Day or Overnight delivery.
  • No Saturday deliveries. Overnight orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.

We are introducing $8.95 Flat Rate Shipping. Cherry Stop reserves the right to ship your purchase by either UPS, FedEx or USPS. If you have a preference, please tell us at check out.

Please verify the accuracy of addresses when placing orders (apartment/unit numbers, street names, etc). Any additional charges billed to Cherry Stop by UPS for an address correction will be charged to the customer. (UPS currently charges $11.00 for address corrections or delivery intercepts.)  Packages returned due to bad address can be resent at the senders expense.

This offer applies only to orders totaling over $100 which are shipping to a single address within the lower 48 states.

To ensure timely arrival of your package and 100% satisfaction, please purchase your gift ahead of time and specify an arrival date in the comments section. You may also let us know by phone (231-223-4330) if you want us to delay shipping a package.

Do you ship chocolates in warm weather?

  Yes. A freezer box must be included with each order containing chocolates. We use the following guidelines to ensure orders with chocolate arrive in perfect condition.
  • When temperatures are over 75 degrees, orders must arrive within 2 business days. Choose 2nd Day Air as the shipping method for all orders outside the 2-Day zone on the map below.
  • When temperatures are over 95 degrees, orders must arrive within 1 business day. Choose Next Day Air as the shipping method for all order.
  • Orders received on Wednesday after 11 am EST will SHIP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you may:
1. Log into your account and select ‘Order History’ to track your packages.
2. Track your package using the tracking number emailed to you.

Who will deliver my order?

Delivery service will depend on which delivery method is chosen at checkout. We will use the least expensive method, FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping of orders for which Standard Rate shipping was chosen will be sent by the best method, at our discretion.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No, a signature is not required for delivery of Cherry Stop packages.

When sending a gift, do the prices appear in the paperwork with the gift?

No. We include your gift message and a packing slip with no prices.

Do you ship to international addresses?

Not at this time.
