Made from Traverse City cherry concentrate. A fabulous jelly, and a favorite with peanut butter. We often get asked in the store, what is the difference between a jam, jelly and preserve. Simply put, a jelly is made from juice. A jam is made with chopped fruit, and a preserve is made with whole tart cherries.
