Cherry Brownies 

 3/4 cup butter or margarine 
2 cups sugar 
1-1/2 cups flour 
1/2 cup cocoa 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
1/4 tsp salt 
4 eggs 
2 tsp vanilla 
1 jar Cherry Stop Cherry Jam - any variety 
2 cups chocolate chips, optional 
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional 
Old Mission Traders Cherry Vanilla Bean Finishing Sauce 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 2-quart saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Sift in dry ingredients, stirring until combined. Add jar of jam, stirring until batter is well-blended and smooth. Stir in chopped nuts and 1-1/2 cups of chocolate chips, if desired. Spread in greased 13x9" baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Bake 30-35 minutes until set. Cool on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares. To serve, top with Cherry Vanilla Bean Sauce and whipped cream.

The Cherry Jam keeps these brownies super moist. Oh so delicious!
