How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Typically, we ship your order within two business days from when your order is placed. During peak seasons (holidays, promotional periods, etc.), please allow an additional two days.

 When estimating shipping time, please note that the day on which a package is shipped is not counted as a day in transit. 

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Days

If you would like faster shipping services, or if you cannot receive USPS, please call. 

  • ALASKA (AK) and HAWAII (HI) destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service.
  • Delivery times indicate transit time only and do not include time for order processing. Although most orders are shipped the following day, allow up to 48 hours for order processing.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges are figured at checkout based on USPS Priority Mail, which uses package weight and destination. We may decide to use flat rate or FedEx at our discretion. 

If your shipping charge seems too high, please give us a call; we sometimes can adjust it once we know what you are ordering (for example, if your shipping charge is $17, that charge is based solely on weight and destination, but we will know if your order will fit into a flat rate shipping box, which would be a lesser charge, and we can take your order over the phone to adjust such a charge.)

Please verify the accuracy of addresses when placing orders (apartment/unit numbers, street names, etc). Any additional charges billed to Cherry Stop by UPS for an address correction will be charged to the customer. (UPS currently charges $11.00 for address corrections or delivery intercepts.)  Packages returned due to bad address can be resent at the senders expense.

This offer applies only to orders totaling over $100 which are shipping to a single address within the lower 48 states.

To ensure timely arrival of your package and 100% satisfaction, you can purchase your gift ahead of time and specify an arrival date. Just make a note in the comments field as to when you would like it to be received, and we will ship accordingly.

Do you ship chocolates in warm weather?

  Yes. We use insulated bubble wrap and freezer packs, but it is possible chocolates may still melt prior to arrival at their destination depending on travel time and temperatures. The Cherry Stop is not responsible for melted chocolates.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you may:
1. Log into your account and select ‘Order History’ to track your packages.
2. Track your package using the tracking number emailed to you.

Note: You should receive an email when your package ships that includes tracking info. 

Who will deliver my order?

Delivery service will depend on which delivery method we choose. USPS Priority Mail is our carriers of choice; we will occasionally use FedEx. Shipping of orders for which Standard Rate shipping was chosen will be sent by the best method, at our discretion. 

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No, a signature is not required for delivery of Cherry Stop packages.

When sending a gift, do the prices appear in the paperwork with the gift?

No. We include your gift message (please remember to write one in your order; if you forget, we will write a generic note with your name.)

Do you ship to international addresses?

Not at this time.
